During my recent solo sojourn at Noclegi Złota Podkowa in Olszowa, I stumbled upon a charming little gem that beautifully balances historic character with modern amenities. Nestled beside the good Sacral Miniature Park, the hotel offers a unique and peaceful retreat, ideal for those who appreciate a touch of culture amidst their travels. My room, spacious and soundproof, boasted a flat-screen TV and all the comforts of home, including tea and coffee facilities that made settling in feel rather inviting. While the historical barn building added a lovely ambiance, I found the lack of air conditioning a bit challenging due to the outside noise; however, I embraced the fresh air with open windows, relishing the serene rural vibes. Breakfast was pleasant enough, featuring the usual fare, but it was somewhat marred by the buzzing company of a few flies - I recommend heading outdoors for your first meal of the day for a more serene experience. All in all, this hotel was a wonderful find that reminded me of the joys of travel, allowing me to immerse myself in the peaceful surroundings while reflecting on the simple pleasures of life.
